If you register the warranty using the warranty card included with the product, you will be able to receive the following lifetime warranty services.

Our lifetime warranty is a warranty system that provides after-sales services such as repairs to customers who purchase from BONAVENTURA.
- Replacement of hard case for diary case
lifetime warranty for the replacement and repair of the hard case part of the diary case that holds your smartphone.
As long as the leather is usable, we will replace the hard case part as many times as necessary free of charge.
- Other repairs
We will repair any defects caused by our company within one year of purchase free of charge. However, please note that even if the product is within the warranty period, repairs will be charged in the following cases.
- Damage caused by misuse, such as excessive impact or strong force, or carelessness.
- Damage caused by improper repair, modification, or repair by a company other than our company.
