Can e-gifts be selected for all products?
- You can select items that have a button that says "Send as e-gift" on each product page.
Can I send gifts under a nickname or anonymously?
- Yes. You can send gifts under a nickname that you set when purchasing.
The recipient will not know the name or address of the sender. At the same time, the sender will not know the name or address of the recipient.
Is there an expiration date for the gift receiving URL?
- The expiration date is 23:59 five days after the purchase date.
Please not only send the URL to the recipient by that date, but also enter the delivery information from the URL.
If the expiration date has expired, your order will be automatically canceled. Please note.
What happens if the recipient does not enter their address?
- Your order will be automatically cancelled. In that case, we will contact you by email.
How will the e-gift URL be sent?
- You can obtain (copy) the URL on the screen after purchase, and you will need to send the URL yourself via LINE, SNS DM, email, etc.
You will also receive an email with the subject "Thank you for your e-gift order," so you can check the URL from email.
Since the system is set up to send a dedicated URL via email, please set up domain-specific reception settings so that you can receive emails from "support@mybonaventura.com."
Can I check if the recipient has entered their address?
- As soon as the recipient's address has been entered, the sender will receive an email.
Can I change the message or name I entered if I made a mistake?
- Please note that you cannot change the message or name.
Can I send multiple items as e-gifts?
- You can purchase items that have the "Send as e-gift" button on the product page.
The items will be delivered together (the gift can only be sent to one address).
You cannot purchase both "regular purchase items" and "e-gift purchase items" at the same time.
Can I send e-gifts to multiple delivery addresses?
- You can only specify one delivery address. You cannot specify multiple delivery addresses.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please place an order for each delivery address.

What should I do if I delete the e-gift URL email?
- Please note that we cannot resend the email.
