・Receipt deadline is 5 days later.
・If the order is not received by the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled and the purchaser will be notified of the cancellation by email.

Are e-gifts available for all products
- Items that have a "Send as e-gift" button displayed on each product page can be selected.
Can I send a gift using a nickname or anonymously?
- Yes. You can send it using the nickname you set at the time of purchase.
The recipient will not know the giver's name or address. At the same time, the giver is also prevented from knowing the recipient's name and address.
Is there an expiration date for the gift receiving URL?
- Expiry date is 23:59, 5 days after purchase.
By then, please not only send the URL to the recipient, but also input the delivery information from that URL.
If the expiration date has expired, your order will be automatically canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
What happens if the recipient doesn't enter an address?
- We will automatically cancel your order. In that case, we will contact the purchaser by email.
How is the e-gift URL sent?
- You can obtain (copy) the URL on the screen after purchase, and you will need to send the URL yourself via LINE, SNS DM, email, etc.
You will also receive an email with the subject line [Thank you for your e-gift order], so you can check the URL from the email as well.
Since the system is to send a dedicated URL via email, please set up domain-specific reception so that you can receive emails from "support@mybonaventura.com".
Can I check if the recipient has entered their address?
- Once the recipient's address has been entered, an email will be sent to the giver.
If I enter the wrong message or name, can I change it?
- Please note that this cannot be changed.
Can I send multiple items as an e-gift?
- You can purchase products that have the "Send as e-gift" button displayed on the product page.
Items will be delivered in bulk (gifts can only be sent to one location).
It is not possible to purchase ``normally purchased items'' and ``e-gift purchased items'' at the same time.
Can I send e-gifts to multiple destinations
- You can only specify one delivery address. It is not possible to specify multiple delivery addresses.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please place orders for each shipping destination.
Is it possible to specify the desired delivery date and time
- You cannot specify the desired delivery date and time.
What should I do if I have deleted the e-gift URL email?
- Please note that resending is not possible.
It is possible to send only the URL again.
