    Bonaventura products come with a product warranty.

    Warranty registration

    If you would like to receive after-sales service, please read the Warranty Policy, and After your purchaseClick here.

    At official online shops and directly managed stores, if you shop while logged in after registering as a member, warranty registration will be automatically completed.
    If you shop at a store other than those listed above or while not logged in, please prepare the warranty card that came with the product and register the warranty from here.

    ■An example of after-sales service

    • Edge (leather edge paint) repair
    • Frayed stitches
    • Replacement of the diary case's hard case (the part that attaches the mobile phone)

    *Whether replacement or repair is possible, and the determination of free/paid repair, is negotiable depending on the condition of the product and how it is used.

    Products purchased outside of official stores are not covered by the warranty. (Example: AMAZON outlet, second-hand sales site, etc.)

    About returns and exchanges


    • In principle, returns and exchanges of products are limited to initially defective products.
    • If purchasing online, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • Please arrange to return the product within 30 days of purchase.

    *Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been purchased for more than 30 days, or products that are in a different condition than when they were delivered.

    *Due to the characteristics of natural leather products, there are individual differences in the original scratches and wrinkles of the leather, as well as the position and size of the pattern. Thank you for your understanding.
