Orders can be canceled except in the following cases. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the cancellation/return request form.

・If more than an hour has passed since your order
・If it has already been shipped
・Customized made-to-order products
・Cancellation of only some of the products
・If the product page states that they are not eligible for returns or exchanges

We are unable to accept any changes to your order after it has been confirmed (adding products, changing colors/sizes, changing addresses, applying coupon codes, wrapping, etc.).

After receiving the product

We do not accept exchanges due to errors in the size or color of the order.
We accept returns, so please apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the product. (Applications cannot be made after 8 days after receiving the product.) *Applications cannot be made for orders that include items that are not eligible for return. Please contact us using the contact form.
