BONAVENTURA Lifetime Warranty

BONAVENTURA products come with a lifetime warranty.

By registering for the warranty, you will receive the following lifetime warranty services.
At official online shops and directly managed stores, if you shop while logged in after registering as a member, warranty registration will be automatically completed.
If you shop at a store other than the above or while not logged in, please prepare the warranty card that comes with the product and register for the warranty from here.

Our lifetime warranty is a guarantee system that provides after-sales services such as repairs to customers who purchase from BONAVENTURA.

Diary case hard case replacement

BONAVENTURA provides a Lifetime Warranty for replacing the hard case part of the diary case that holds your smartphone.
As long as the leather is usable, we will replace the hard case part free of charge as many times as you like.

*However, we may not be able to support models that have been manufactured for many years and are no longer manufactured by our company.

Since the hard case can be replaced at home, we provide a hard case kit that you can order yourself.

If you wish to have our product replaced or repaired, the repair period will be approximately 2 weeks.

If you have any problems or problems with the product, please contact us using the repair reception form .

If the product is defective within 2 years of purchase and is caused by our company, we will repair it free of charge. However, please note that in the following cases, repairs will be charged even within the warranty period.
