How to earn points

• After registering as a member, if you shop while logged in, points will be awarded.

About the number of points

• 1 point will be given for every 1,000 yen purchased, and 5 points will be given to those who register as members. (If you have registered as a member before the program started, you will have already been granted 5 points)

When are points awarded?

• For items purchased at the official online shop, the bonus will be given when the item is shipped. Items purchased at directly managed stores will be awarded after payment is completed.

If I have multiple accounts, can I combine points/purchase history?

• Yes.
  *Only accounts in your name are eligible. We cannot add up payments for family members or under different names.
  *It may take about a month for points to be added up.

Can points be used for payment?

• Points cannot be used for payment.

When will the stage rank increase be reflected? ?

• Points will be reflected immediately when they are awarded.

Can the membership stage be lowered?

• You can check from my page. If your points expire and the number of points falls below the number required for the default rank, your rank will be downgraded.

Is there an annual fee if I register for BONAVENTURA MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM?

• There is no annual fee. This service is available to you after you register as a member.
