Q & A
If you forget your PIN code
- Try in order from "0-0-0" to "9-9-9".
- The dial change button is not a reset button. Please be careful not to press the button when the password is set to a number different from the current password, as this may cause a malfunction.
- If your phone is unlocked during inspection by a TSA officer, you can usually use it without any problems. However, in rare cases, the keyhole may not return to its normal position.
- In that case, insert a flat-tipped object such as a flathead screwdriver, turn it to the left or right, and return it to the correct position before use. The TSA lock cannot be used in this state.
- [Caution]
- Please be careful not to pinch your fingers or damage your nails when operating.
- If the pull is not inserted sufficiently, or if the slide button is only moved halfway after the pull is inserted, the lock may not lock properly even after locking. Be sure to insert the pull handle firmly.
