If you forget your PIN code

  • Try in order from "0-0-0" to "9-9-9".
  • The dial change button is not a reset button. Please be careful not to press the button when the password is set to a number different from the current password, as this may cause a malfunction.
  • If your phone is unlocked during inspection by a TSA officer, you can usually use it without any problems. However, in rare cases, the keyhole may not return to its normal position.
  • In that case, insert a flat-tipped object such as a flathead screwdriver, turn it to the left or right, and return it to the correct position before use. The TSA lock cannot be used in this state.
